Here I have posted the most common issues to arise when ordering CGNH Publications and possible solutions. If your concern is not addressed here or if these suggestions don't rectify the problem, click here and use the form to contact me with an explanation of the problem. Thanks!

1. I was never redirected to a download page after I submitted my credit card information to Clickbank.

Sometimes this happens but not very often. Did you receive a receipt of purchase in your email box from Clickbank? If you did, then at the end of that email, there is a little blurb that says something to the effect of, "P.S. If you were not taken to the download, then click the link below:" and then there should be a link that when clicked, will take you to the appropriate download page. So, please refer back to that email and click on that link.If you did NOT receive an email receipt from Clickbank, then please contact me once again and let me know and include your full name as proof of purchase.

2. When I downloaded, after attempting to open it I received a message that said, "File Corrupt" or "Cannot Encrypt" (or some other error message). What now?

Problems with downloading are sometimes due to computer speed; temporary problems with web servers; or some kind of interruption of the downloading process (most common with dial-up services). If you downloaded and then received a message once you tried to open the file that stated "the file is corrupt" or something similar, most times you can remedy these issues by simply deleting the file from your system and RE-downloading again.

3. Downloading went great! However, I notice some of the letters or pictures are missing.

Sometimes customers notice there is a problem of letters missing within the document (most commonly, the letter "c"). This occurs usually when you don't have the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. Deleting your current copy and downloading the most current version usually rectifies the problem. If you have noticed this, here is the link to download Adobe Reader (FREE) for your convinience: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html

Please remember that anytime you download Adobe Acrobat onto your computer you MUST restart your computer first before any changes are to take place! In other words, if you have version 4.0 and you upgrade to 5.1, then if you don't restart, you will still have 4.0 being utilized.
